Todd wanted to expand his experiences.
The women of the household supported him and they all went to Granite Falls for a vacation.
They arrived at the camping site but there was no equipment there. Weren't sure if they were gonna get it anywhere so they made their way quickly into the deep woods. That little dark opening in the upper left direction from the campsite.
As Todd explored the little cave thingy, Gardenia and Kylli waited around for him and chatted away.

Ah! He got to catch some bugs and found a few wild plants too.
Gardenia and Kylli went to meet the hermit. Was a new sim there now. Back in the day another Goldsmith had gone there and met a different sim in this house. This one was Mitchel Owen. Anyway, they learned there you can buy camping equipment near the camping grounds so they relaxed and hung around there for a little.

Todd's friend Eddie called. Thanks, mate.

They heaed back soon. Got their tents and clothes and some chairs.
Gardenia told the young couple a ghost story. She spooked herself though cause she called out a ghost with the story and got a fright herself.

Kylli wasn't all that thrilled either. She started her first period finally. Felt super dizzy.
But while they were there for Todd, she wanted to do something for herself too. And picking a higher paying work assignment surely was gonna make her feel better.
She got to writing early in the morning. It looked sunny but she was afraid it would start raining at some point and couldn't use her laptop. That's Todd sleeping on the mattress outside and Gardenia slept in the tent.

When Todd got up he went exploring the place to look for wild plants to identify. Awh and he came across the house the family had stayed at when dad was still alive. And the snowpals they had made together were still there! Melted, but still there!

Gardenia had woken too. She just took it easy, enjoying the fresh air and relaxing. Cooked some food for the family.
This is what Kylli told Gardenia. It sounded super nice.
Gardenia wanted Kylli to be properly accepted in the family and asked her if she wanted to join the Goldsmith Elite club.

Todd had moved on to fishing.

Later on Todd came to the campsite too and ate some of that yummy food. Talked to mum too.
Ahh! The Goldsmith legacy future was surely secured now. Nothing could tear those two apart. Gardenia was happy that Todd was finally happy.
