Long lost brother, Shyer called.
She declined. She really liked massaging people. More so out of work hours, the responsibility of work hours didn't sit right with her.
The reason that Gardenia doesn't keep up wit Shyer is quite simple... he's smelly and it's uncomfortable to be around him.

Gardenia had noticed that Todd was getting a bit closer to girls. Naturally, it was time for the woohoo talk. It was a little uncomfortable for both but they lived.

One evening a bunch of Goldsmiths went out with some non-Goldsmiths. Gardenia went to the cinema for a little bit with Micah.

That gave Todd a chance to put the woohoo talk in practice.

But that's how far it went.
They joined the others. Sarah or Biolina had made some food on the grill, they all sat down together to eat and chat.
Gardenia and Micah made it back just in time for food too.

The evening ended but they soon would get together again cause it was GOD.
Todd felt pretty much the same about the traditions, just didn't care for the grand meal.
Mum decorated the house a little.
Todd was in a mood again though. Just so inconveniently he went into the distant phase.
Well, no matter! The holiday was gonna be celebrated whether Todd wanted to or not. And the holiday was gonna be spent at the house Gardenia grew up in, in Windenburg.
With family too! April was there for the holiday too. Ahh, with a bump! So yellow and cute.
Todd had been working out not to be around the family too much and be stressed out.
Gardenia eventually went to make grand meal for everyone. Mateo had a problem with it. So Gar asked Todd to keep him out of her hair so she could finish cooking in peace.
And phew! Luckily she got done without being kicked out.
Feast time!
Biolina was in a mood too. Who knows, maybe she was sick or on her periods.
Mateo came to eat too, the sourpuss.
Todd was still trying to distance himself from everyone. He got the Goldsmith book and had a compulsory read.

As the girls were celebrating, Gardenia received a phone call informing her Francis' wife Madeline had died. She was a little sad but it didn't ruin the party.
The girls had liquor to keep the mood up.
And too much to talk about too.

Todd kept to himself downstairs.
Later, the women came down though and started lsitening to music and dancing, drinking and chatting there.

Later in the evening Gardenia dragged Todd to the graveyard too.
He took a chance at the wishing well there. Wished for skills. Didn't get any extra, just extra intelligence for a while to learn new skills faster.
Gardenia met a foremother - Louisa Goldsmith.
They got on so well. Oh and that's Muki sleeping on the road. Gardenia didn't wake him up.

And the day was over. For Todd. For Gardenia it was very successful.
