Santiago and Kate met. Talked about life.

And then death happened:
Santiago's time's up.

Since no one witnessed her death, there was no mourning.

Gunner did get  alittle lonely though. Getter paid a visit. He wanted to live alone though and make a career in Detective branch. But since he met Kate when he was young and they were so perfect for each other it only made sense for them to move in together. But they couldn't do it cause Kate was still a teenager. Not long though til she grew into a YA.
The new resident is lazy, cheerful and a goofball. Her aspiration's serial romantic. But since she moved in and saw the garden it changed, now she's a freelance botanist. For some reason she was intrigued by the criminal career, so she got the job.

Before Kate moved in, it was Gunner who had to take care of the garden. It's not even that big and impressive but it needs a lot of work.
