Barone and April chatting in the kitchen.
They weren't there just to chat. Dad made a cake for his little girl.
And April grew into a young girl.
She gained the happy toddler trait with good sense of humour. And as for aspiration, she was positively challenged.

And afterwards, dad went to work.
He only had one sim to diagnose and treat to reach the top of his career.
This man was it! Diagnosed and cured.
But his work didn't end there, another sim was sick.
She didn't look good. But Barone diagnosed and cured her too.
He also exchanged a few personal words with her, just for the chats, and for some reason he was left embarrassed.
No bother though...
Barone got to the top of doctor career.
And that wasn't all, an achievement was reached too:
So everything was awesome with Barone.

Mum still received fan texts. Some not so nice.

Eventhough Barone was at the top of his career now, he still had lots to do.
Like bringing Vanessa Gowers back to life. She died during one of his shifts. The family was going to help him with that. Gardenia, bein hyper and always awale, played with the ghost girl one night.

Harvestfest came around again. Mum and dad were feeling okay about all the traditions. The kids only really lvoed the gnomes and everything else they didn't care for. Since no one was that much into the holiday they all ignored it this time.

Oh yeah, and this rare thing happened too. They were planning to have a wedding soon and Barone thought it would be nice to wait til the wedding now.

Duchess was busy anyway so it was fine. She got more brand deals and job offers but still stuck to her own work.
Protested in town. To some more weirdly dressed townies.
She also wanted to go volunteer with the family. But everyone was so scattered always. Maybe she'll go alone one of these days.
