The first snow of Windenburg winter was here!
April was still up and went to see it.
The snow... it's so snowy! One of the other sisters came out to see the snow too.
But April was the only one who really seemed to love the white stuff.

Mum's friend Hayley McClendon was being nice again.
And some strange dude wasn't.
Ehh, no worries. Duchess got Hayley and went to protest with her. Since it was winter they went to one of the warmer towns in hopes to do their thing in a bit more comfortable conditions.
Del Sol Valley? Hayley ran for cover.
Duchess did a full protest while streaming it too. Yes and even the fancy pants Del Sol Valley had it's ugly townies. Tracksuit bottoms with a tie, button up shirt and boots!?
Once Duchess was done she wanted to run inside. The only place near by was some fancy VIP place.
Katra was the bouncer. Also the man with the cat ears is Vanessa Gowers' father. He will have his daughter back!
Duchess was quite the celeb but Hayley wasn't known at all so Duchess asked nicely if they could get it.
Wow. The bouncer? Sister in law more like. Also, Katra seemed to be a bit more snobby than the celeb Duchess.
At least the women got in from the rain. Were tense but had a good chat. The place wasn't even that interesting though.
They proceeded to travel to Oasis Springs.
The only place where they could fish. Now that Duchess had seen Vanessa's dad she knew there was someone out there living without their daughter. So she really wanted to catch that angelfish.
Cute fish but not the right ones!
The message took the woman out of the moment. She declined the date offer but did go home.

The girls of the family took over.
Well, two girls and a bear. No luck though.

Back home, at night, April played with Vanessa who had come out.
The two youngsters built a snow pal together.

Mum's morning started with another message from a fan. And a job offer as a painter which she declined.
Duchess wasn't about to go anywhere! In fact, she held a meet and greet event!
She got dressed all fancy.
Except in the toilet where no one was supposed to see her but some fan followed her. Rude!
But she got back in the action!
She held the event to collect money for her charity.
Duchess talked to her fans, took pics with them, signed autographs and collected donations.
She posed for the paparazzi too. Oh yes that's Anabelle at the event!
Eventually, by the end of the day Duchess had collected all the money needed and had fun with lots of sims.
The event was very tiring though. But successful enough. To the point where Duchess could let loose a little and bake a cake for herself.
She invited Hayley over again.
Hayley was old already. And Duchess was about to be as well.
She celebrated with just her friend.
After her quick makeover.
The hair just got shorter.
But not just that actually, she also received the trait pleased. She was a very pleased sim now in her old age and nothing could bother her. She was still healthy, sincere and a chatterbox too.
As far as her aspiration goes... she only wanted to have a grandchild. Not sure it's going to happen as the kids are too young still.
