Winterfest time! Oh yes, the dark, cold season was nearing the end!
So Barone was quite indifferent about the holiday, as was Duchess. The kids had some favourite traditions and some not so favourite ones. Biolina and Gardenia loved the gifts, probably just receiving. April loved the gifts too, plus she was excited about Father Winter too. None of the kids were fond of the meal for some reason with April also not caring about decorations.

Dad had gone out somewhere and called his wife. Steven Gowers was Vanessa's dad. Duchess had got to know him cause Vanessa was gonna move back in with her father once she was alive again.

Once Barone got back, he started preparing the grand meal.
The kitchen got a little makeover but the house is still a work in progress.
The ladies of the house were all downstairs watching telly. Waiting for the munchies.
Dad also made cookies.
The food was ready! The table was not set as the girls weren't too interested in sitting with family and... eating, as mentioned.
At least they were all in the same room.
April had a little dilemma. Barone helped her out.
After the meal, they started decorating the tree. Well, the girls. Dad went for a nap.
Mum got a message from a fan so she took a break from tree decorating.
Duchess also took a quick bathroom break and left the kids to decorate thre tree on their own.
Gardenia wasn't impressed with her own skills.
Mum was still busy with the messages. As ridiculous ones as this.
But she went back to save the tree.
The tree was saved.
Also, be it the decoration failure or the fact she didn't go to her acting class, Gardenia's responsibility level dropped enough to gain the irresponsible trait. She was still young and could turn it around though.
She wasn't too bothered. Mum went to rest too, with dad. The girls started singing holiday songs.
They sounded surprisingly good too.
