the desert was a little too barren

The family got back from the holiday soon enough. Everyone was too homesick and it wasn't the right season for plant harvesting and bug collecting.

And their house was almost done too. This was kind of the general idea. Just needed clutter, better landscaping and order.

So to the left they had their little garden area, with bees and flowers. And to the right of the house, temporarily, Todd had his insects and frogs.

A closer look of the garden area. The insects are just waiting for a good solution of display once Todd collects them all as his plan is. Oh and that beige wall is just to cover the huge ugliness of the climbing wall Todd gets his muscles from.

The front of the house. It's still a mess. Todd wants to grow perfect quality flowers and put them nicely around the house and lot.

That door leads to the bathroom. To the right from it, behind the black fridge is the front door into the house.

Yeah this is JT going potty. But also the bedroom area. For kids now. Parents sleep sort of outside. It's fine, it's the desert, it's almost always warm. Fresh air will do you good!

This is an ugly, completely unfinished, unstarted even, room. It used to be Todd's bedroom. But they opened it up to the back of the house. Also Cutiepie resides there for now. Just needs to be made look cuter, the room.

The back. Yeah the pool has been moved. It's really that easy! There's Todd's medals too that he gets for his work achievements. And his spying device he uses to listen in on other sims.
The jacuzzi and bar area is unfinished too.

So the workout area for Todd, and occasionally Kylli too.
And the unfinished playground for the kiddos.

This is where the parents sleep. It's really nice in the morning when the sun is rising. And it overlooks the great red desert too. And yes it's very open but it's only the desert off of the cliff so...

So as said the weather was nice. And everyone was happy to be home again.

Kylli got to make a flower bouquet too.

Just back to the tried and tested, usual and homey activities.

But for Todd the desert was a little too barren. He was a plant person. A life person. So he took his family and the house! and they all moved.

First things first, the compulsory crazy dressed local sim. Todd planted a bug on her, just in case. Anyone in an outfit like this cannot be trusted! Oh, it's Makenna Goldberg. Another Goldie, maybe not a local then.

Kylli was excited about the move too. Started writing a new book Island Love, a romance book inspired by the first impressions of this place.
