Uncle Lionel was happy too that Maia was all alive and better now.

And surprisingly, Elliana and Morgyn were pretty good too.
Loved up actually. And Elliana wanted to become a better vampire. Or a more convenient one, to fit into the mortal world more conveniently. She wanted the protection against sunlight so she could leave the house anytime. What's the use of being immortal if you're imprisoned!?

Morgyn got himself a job. As a scientist. Kind of logical, as he was a spellcaster and messing around with potions and stuff.

Maia got her old acting job too as she had lost it when she hit that rock bottom of hers. She also lost that little bit of fame she had had. She signed with the same acting agency as before.
Her first comeback audition.
And the first holiday too.
Her and Elliana went out for breakfast.
As they were out, Maia learned she was still going to receive money for her produced and released songs.

The girls tried to take advantage of the free food but it was really hard for Elliana to eat regular food. Luckily she had her plasma packet with her to drink on.

Uncle Lionel was being supportive again later during the day. Ah, what a good man. Been there since Maia was a little girl.

There was an ice skating rink near the diner. Maia and Elliana went to skate. Soon though Elliana left. Maia was skating around with three men. She liked them all.
Well, maybe not this one guy as he threw a snowball in Maia's face as she was trying to speak to the guys and get to know them. But Maia really needed to find a partner and have a baby quickly to really secure the legacy cause she was still recovering from her burn out.

On her spare time Maia practiced magic. She got herself a new spellcaster perk: power shunt. Less charge for her when doing magic.
And some new spells for her!

Morgyn got back from work. Saw a sad little stray kitty out on the street, in the cold. He wanted to maybe adopt the cat.
Nope! The cat was good!

Later that evening, Maia and Morgyn had dinner. Elliana couldn't eat any of it. She was thirsty though.
She asked Morgyn, her husband, for a drink. She was all ready in her dark for and all...
Argh! Where is she gonna get blood from!?

Maia was a little frustrated too, still. She found it hard to settle back into life, to keep going with the legacy.
Elliana helped her out a little. She reminded Maia that she was a very important sim, part of something very wholesome - a family. And that she was gonna help Maia get back on her feet, as a legitimate foremother. Starting with inviting her to the Goldsmith Elite Club.

Oh and the holiday was a success for girls, even Elliana. Morgyn had been working all day and didn't get the chance to go out and get some free food.
