Since Ashton grew into a child and it was discovered he's not fit to be the next heir, Kate and Gunner decided to have another kid:

Unfortunately they failed to conceive. Kate was very sad about it and had a cry in the bath. They gave it another go though:
They succeeded!

Kate spending time with Ashton. He's a very angry kid. Every day he wakes up mad and comes home from school mad.
This is Kate's brother Axel Spurlock. He paid a visit. Gunner took the chance to better his logic skill with someone as opposed to playing chess alone.

Pregnancy didn't stop Kate from working in the garden:

Soon afterwards little Lou was born. As of now, he's the new heir since Gunner and Kate don't want anymore children. Maybe later on they'll change their minds.
