So this lady Todd had met at the bar, Kalamainu'u Iona... he had tried to put the moves on her for a while.
It wasn't as if he wanted to replace Kylli, just wanted to have another kid to secure the legacy. And he kind of hit it off with Kala so he thought he'd try with her. To have a baby that is.
They were mostly in his tent as that's where he spent most of his own time.
As for the "buildings" at the back... those are just for the fish display. Todd was trying to complete the fish collection. The displays will most likely be rearranged/rebuilt at some point.

Malachi spent a lot of time out of the house, with brother Brayan. Or he was out on dates.
Okay yeah, sometimes outings were boring. But he did have a good time with this one guy called Lionel Selby. Hm... maybe something will come out of it?

So Maia still struggled with her negative emotions, just had to keep herself busy and inspired by the Goldsmith Elite club.
Old friend Haych called. Maia was kind of a loner though.

Todd got together with Kala again as the last time they woohood she didn't fall pregnant. It seemed.
He tried the jacuzzi this time.
They went at it a couple of times.
And Todd nearly broke his back. But the deed was done!
They got a little closer, romantically, after this too.

Malachi got closer to his date, Lionel, too. In fact, he wanted to get engaged to him.
To make things a bit easier, Lionel moved in. Just for now. Malachi was there only for a short period to help out the legacy but wasn't actively going to lead it so he kept going with his own life.
So, this is Lionel Selby. He left behind his elderly mum when he moved in. He was a great guy though, handy, sweet and a bookworm. He dreamed of becoming a world famous celebrity but doing it through helping people. He worked in the medical field.

Kala moved in too.
Yeah, had a makeover. She was awfully sad with the heaviest weight sadness pregnancy. She knew she was taking a backseat in this but Todd was trying to be nice and give her a home at least. And he liked the girl too. She wasn't as nice as Lionel though. She was an aspiring chief of mischief. She was a mean loner, noncommittal and randomly a muser too.

And it was very okay for Lionel and Malachi. They officially got together.

Maia tried to get to know Kala. Their relationship was okay but definitely not the best.

She liked the company of Lionel and Malachi a lot better. Mother figures just weren't her thing.

Malachi was an all around god guy so he didn't have a problem with anyone.
